Admiral
Long drink: Aperitif.
Add to a shaker that is 50% filled with ice:
7/10 Dry Vermouth
3/10 Bourbon
Shake well and transfer to tumbler glasses. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon over each glass and add 2 ice cubes. |
Montgolfière
Long drink: Aperitif
Put in a large tumbler glass with ice:
5/10 Dry Vermouth
5/10 Suze
juice of 1 lemon
Stir and top off with Tonic. Decorate with a slice of lemon. |

This short drink will be appreciated especially by people that like bitters.
Add to a shaker that is 50% filled with ice:
5/10 Dry Vermouth
5/10 Picon (bitter)
Stir well and serve in chilled cocktail glasses. Decorate with half an orange slice. |
Americano
This long drink is said to first have been made in honor of the americans when they landed in Europe in 1917. You can vary the amounts of vermouth and Campari to determine the bitterness that is most to your liking.
Put in a tumbler glass with some ice cubes:
7/10 Campari
3/10 Red Vermouth
Stir and top off with soda water and decorate with a slice of lemon. |

2/10 Blue Curaçao
