Earthquake

Long drink: Aperitif.

Put in a shaker 50% filled with ice:

6/10 Tequila
2/10 Strawberry liqueur
2/10 Grenadine Syrup
2 drops Angostura

Feria

Long drink: At any time.

Put in a shaker half full of ice:

5/10 Tequila
2/10 Safari
3/10 raspberry syrup

Shake well and serve in large tumbler glasses. Top off with soda water. Decorate with some small raspberries.

TNT

This, first and foremost refreshing, cocktail carries less of a punch as the name might indicate.

Fill a large tumbler glass half full with ice cubes and add:

Juice of 1/2 Lemon
5 cl. Tequila

Top off with soda water, stir and decorate with a slice of lemon.

Diablo

Long drink: Aperitif.

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes and add:

6/10 Tequila
4/10 Crème de Cassis

Shake well and transfer to tumbler glasses. When serving top off with cold Tonic.

Bananas

Short drink: Aperitif.

Put in a shaker that is 50% filled with ice and add:

3/10 Tequila
2/10 Campari
1/10 Banana liqueur
4/10 pineapple juice

Shake and serve in cocktail glasses. Decorate with a half slice of pineapple.

Blue Banana

This refreshing exotic long drink tastes particularly good when the weather is warm.

Put in a shaker that is 50% filled with ice and add:

3/10 Tequila
3/10 Banana Nectar
2/10 Peach Liqueur
1/10 Wild strawberries liqueur
1/10 Blue Curaçao

Shake and serve in large tumbler glasses. Top off with soda water and decorate with slices of banana and slices of strawberry.

Tequini

The mexican version of the Martini Dry clearly show the difference in taste between gin and tequila.

Put in mixing glass with some ice cubes:

8/10 Tequila
2/10 Dry White Vermouth

Stir carefully and serve in cocktail glasses. Add a strip of orange skin.

Torreon

short drink: Digestif

Put in a shaker that is 50% filled with ice and add:

4/10 Tequila
3/10 White Chocolate liqueur
3/10 Cream

Shake well and serve in chilled cocktail glasses Sprinkle some grated pure chocolate over it.

Frostbite

Short drink: Digestif.

Put in a shaker that is 50% filled with ice and add:

4/10 Tequila
3/10 Clear Cacao liqueur
3/10 Cream

Shake well, serve in chilled cocktail glasses. Sprinkle some grated meg nut op top.

Casamance

short drink: Digestif

Put in mixing glass with some ice cubes:

3/10 Tequila
5/10 White Chocolate liqueur
2/10 Clear peppermint liqueur
1 splash Blue Curaçao

Stir well and serve in cocktail glasses. Sprinkle with grated pure chocolate.
