Blue Sea

This cocktail is good at any time of the day, especially when the sun is shining.

Put in a shaker half full of ice:

3/10 White Rum
2/10 Cointreau
2/10 Blue Curaçao
1/10 Pastis
1 egg white

Shake well and pour in large tumbler glasses. Top off with Tonic and decorate with a slice of lemon.

Azzuro

Don't be fooled by the impression of softness; it's best to drink it as a digestif.

Put in a shaker half full of ice:

3/10 White Rum
1/10 Malibu
1/10 Cointreau
5/10 Pineapple juice

Shake well and serve in chilled cocktail glasses.

Vibration

Short drink: digestif.

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes and add:

4/10 White Rum
3/10 Marie Brizard
3/10 Cointreau

Shake and serve in chilled cocktail glasses.

Planters

This cocktail from the antilles knows more variants. For instance, to make it more dry, you can replace the marasquin and the orange Curaçao with a few drops of angostura.

Put in large tumbler glasses with ice:

4/10 White Rum
2/10 Lemon Juice
2/10 Orange Juice
2/10 Pineapple Juice
1 splash marasquin
1 splash orange Curaçao

Stir and add a splash of amber rum at the last moment. Decorate with a slice of Pineapple.

Mallorca

Short drink: Aperitif.

Put in a mixing glass with some ice:

3/10 White Rum
3/10 Dry White Vermouth
2/10 Drambuie
2/10 Crème de Banane

Stir well and serve in cocktails glasses.

Cuba Libre

This cocktail was invented in 1902 to celebrate Cuba's independence from the United States. Oddly enough it's made of Cuban Rum and american Cola!

Put in a tumbler glass half full of ice:

3/10 White Rum
7/10 cola
juice of 1/2 lemon

Stir well and add a slice of lime.

Shark's Tooth

Short drink: Aperitif.

Add to a shaker that is 50% filled with ice:

5/10 Amber colored Rum
2/10 Dry Vermouth
2/10 Passion Fruit Juice
1/10 Lemon Juice
1 splash of Angostura

Shake and serve in cocktail glasses.
